~Section 1: The Devil's Dream~

Lv 1 - 19 ~ Mage:
Lv 5 Holy Strike
Lv 1 Intelligence
Lv 5 Spell Barrier

SPs Remaining at Lv 20: 41

Rundown:
Holy Strike is your primary attack through priest and highly spammable, Intelligence raises your INT by 10 and Spell Barrier reduces the change that your spell(s) are "resisted". Not much I know but it's really all you need.

Lv 20 - 39 ~ Wizard
Lv 5 Envenom
Lv 2 Curse Weakness
Lv 10 Bloodstream
Lv 2 Intelligence
Lv 10 Spell Barrier
Lv 2 Wizardry
Lv 5 Spell Craft
Lv 10 Spell Barrier

SPs Remaining at Lv 40: 139

Rundown:
Envenom is a Ghunting and somewhat PvP skill, sadly most usefull attack wizard gets. Curse Weakness is a great debuff that reduces all stats by 20 and slows the opponent. Bloodstream sacrifices your HP to generate MP, you'll never need another MP pot again with it. Intelligence raises your INT by 20. Spell Barrier decreases the chance that your spells will be "resisted." Wizardry is a self buff that ups Mattack and Spell Craft is a passive that does the same.

Lv 40 - 74 ~ Priest:
Lv 10 Holy Strike
Lv 5 Divine Sword
Lv 10 Angelic Touch
Lv 5 Angelic Breath
Lv 5 Fast Heal
Lv 5 Great Heal
Lv 3 Shield
Lv 3 Mind Barrier
Lv 1 Shrewd Spell
Lv 2 Bless Wind
Lv 2 Holy Barrier

SPs Remaining at Lv 75: 410

Rundown:
Holy Strike is needed for Divine Sword, your primary attack. Angelic Touch is needed for Angelic Breath, a very good PvP skill that causes sleep for 23 seconds and reduces Mdef by 15%. Fast Heal and Great Heal are... heals, coupled with bloodstream you wont need potions anymore. Shield and Mind Barrier up def/Mdef respectively. Shrewd Spell decreases casting time by 20% and Bless Wind increases movement speed by 14%. Holy Barrier is your invincibility buff, lasting 4.8s at this level.

Lv 75 - 104 ~ Warlock:
Lv 15 Thunder Break
Lv 20 Blizzard
Lv 15 Fire Blast
Lv 15 Meteor
Lv 20 Venom Cloud
Lv 6 Curse Weakness
Lv 20 Bloodstream
Lv 6 Intelligence
Lv 6 Wizardry
Lv 15 Spellcraft
Lv 10 Staff Training
Lv 2 Boost Spell

SPs Remaining at Lv 105: 10

Rundown:
Finally some attacks worth getting, and most of them are AoEs to boot. Thunder Break is your new single target nuke, taken over Lightning Stun for higher damage and a smaller cooldown. Blizzard and Fire Blast are your primary AoEs each with an added effect. Meteor is your strongest AoE but with a large cooldown, and Venom Cloud is your debuff AoE that greatly slows movement and attack speed as well as dealing large poison damage (327 damage/second for 9.5 seconds). Curse Weakness is your single target debuff reducing all stats by 60 and slowing the target. Bloodstream converts your HP to MP to make sure you never need MP pots. Intelligence ups your INT by 60, Wizardry ups your Mattack by 18%, Spellcraft ups your Mattack by 20%, Staff Training ups your Mattack 12.7% and lastly Boost Spell ups your Mattack by 15% (that's a 65.7% total boost).

~Section 2: Soul Arbiter Builds~
NOTE: both builds require you to first use a reskill.

Reaper of Souls (Disable/Damage Specialist):
Lv 3 Soul Spear
Lv 6 Mana Burn
Lv 5 Holy Earthquake
Lv 25 Holy Justice
Lv 10 Angelic Touch
Lv 5 Angelic Breath
Lv 6 Curse Weakness
Lv 8 Tranquility
Lv 8 Cripple
Lv 5 Sleeping Soul
Lv 5 Binding Soul
Lv 5 Fast Heal
Lv 5 Great Heal
Lv 20 Bloodstream
Lv 7 Intelligence
Lv 3 Shield
Lv 3 Mind Barrier
Lv 5 Fortunate Magic
Lv 1 Shrewd Spell
Lv 2 Bless Wind
Lv 2 Holy Barrier
Lv 8 Bless Vital
Lv 5 Light Armor Expertise
Lv 15 Spell Barrier
Lv 6 Wizardry
Lv 15 Spellcraft
Lv 10 Staff Training
Lv 2 Boost Spell
Lv 6 Witchcraft
Lv 4 Concentration
Lv 8 Twinkle Magic
Lv 8 Armor Link

SPs Remaining at Lv 120: 39

Summary:
Possibly the best PvP build for Soul Arb. With 3 sleeps, 2 immobilizers, 1 stun and 2 MP burning skills your opponents wont be able to do much against you, that is if they even survive your first attack. With all things counted you have a total of 108.7% Mattack boost and 50.1% Magic Crit, a very deadly combination.

The AoE Arbiter (AoE/Damage Specialist):
Lv 20 Blizzard
Lv 15 Fire Blast
Lv 15 Meteor
Lv 5 Holy Earthquake
Lv 15 Venom Cloud
Lv 6 Curse Weakness
Lv 8 Tranquility
Lv 8 Cripple
Lv 5 Fast Heal
Lv 5 Great Heal
Lv 20 Bloodstream
Lv 7 Intelligence
Lv 3 Shield
Lv 3 Mind Barrier
Lv 5 Fortunate Magic
Lv 1 Shrewd Spell
Lv 2 Bless Wind
Lv 2 Holy Barrier
Lv 8 Bless Vital
Lv 5 Light Armor Expertise
Lv 15 Spell Barrier
Lv 6 Wizardry
Lv 15 Spellcraft
Lv 10 Staff Training
Lv 2 Boost Spell
Lv 6 Witchcraft
Lv 4 Concentration
Lv 8 Twinkle Magic
Lv 8 Armor Link

SPs Remaining at Lv 120: 27

Summary:
Enjoyed AoEing so much as a warlock that you want to continue it as the normally 1v1 Soul Arb? Well then here's the build you want. Your basically still a warlock with the addition of Soul Arb's crit, def, and hp buffs added on, along with its 2 AoE debuffs and 1 new AoE. With all things counted you have a total of 108.7% Mattack boost and 50.1% Magic Crit, a very deadly combination.

Normally I also make a "survivalist" build, but for Soul Arb it just isn't a worthwhile route. In order to get all the defensive buffs/passives that a soul arbiter has maxed you would need to take away most of its Mattack and Mcrit boosting skills, and even then you only have enough for 2 attacks (MAYBE 3 if soul spear and mana burn were 2 of them). It's just a bad idea overall.

~Conclusion~
